Privacy policy

What we collect
- Your account: name, email, phone and password.
- Your athletes: name, birthdate, photo, position, grad year, training plans, workout results, notes and videos.
- Payments: Stripe holds your card. We keep the card brand, the last four digits, the expiry date and what you paid.
- Messages you send to your organization and its coaches.
- Your device: a notification token so we can send alerts, and crash reports with no names, emails or messages in them.
How we use it
To run Ghost: your schedule, bookings, payments, receipts, reminders and messages. We do not sell your information, we do not show ads, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
Who can see it
- The organizations you join, and their staff.
- The other guardians on your athlete.
- Anyone with the link to a recruiting page you publish.
- The companies that run parts of Ghost for us, only for that job: Supabase (database and file storage), Stripe (payments), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email), Sentry (crash reports), and Apple (notifications).
- Law enforcement, when the law requires it.
Children under 13
- Children under 13 cannot have their own login or use Ghost by themselves.
- A parent or guardian adds the child and enters their information, and agrees to these terms for them.
- A parent or guardian can see, change or delete their child's information at any time in Settings, or by emailing info@atlanticperformancetraining.com.
- We do not knowingly collect information directly from a child under 13. If we find we have, we delete it.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your information within 30 days. Payment records are kept for 7 years because tax law requires it.
Your choices
You can see, correct, download or delete your information. Use Settings, or email info@atlanticperformancetraining.com. California residents have the same rights under California law, and we do not sell or share personal information.
Google Calendar (Ghost Nutrition calls)
If you are a Ghost Nutrition coach and choose Connect Google, Ghost asks Google for permission to manage events on your calendar. Ghost uses it only to create, move and delete the events for the Nutrition calls you schedule in the app, each with a Google Meet link, and to read back that link to show your athletes. Each event lists the family of every athlete on the call as guests: the email addresses of the athlete's linked parents and, if the athlete has their own Ghost login, the athlete's. Google then emails them the invitation, any change of time and the cancellation. Guests cannot see one another's addresses or invite anyone else. Ghost does not read your other events. We store only your Google email address and an encrypted access token, never share Google data with anyone, and never use it for ads or AI training. Ghost's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect at any time in PRD › Nutrition › Calls, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Keeping it safe
Information is encrypted in transit and stored with access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect; if a breach affects you, we will tell you.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and tell you in the app. Questions: info@atlanticperformancetraining.com, Atlantic Baseball Club LLC, 389 Columbia Road, Hanover, MA 02339.
